5/5 Meeting + 5/13 Bowling Event

Hi pre-pharmacy club members! Our next meeting will be tomorrow, May 5th, in Parks 250 at 5:30 PM. Jill Thompson will be coming to speak about the NEUCOM Pharmacy School and answer any questions you might have regarding their program.

Also, next week on May 13th we will be having a fun event off-campus going bowling at Capri Lanes. We have 3 lanes reserved for 9 PM. It will be $1.50 per game, plus $3.00 for shoes and $1.25 for pizza. If you need a ride, we will also be offering a carpool for those who do not have cars with them. Last Winter Qtr. Meeting this week!!!

Hi pre-pharmacy club members! Hope everyone's quarter is still going well. Our next pre-pharmacy club meeting is Tuesday, March 2nd at 5:30 pm in Parks 111. Bryce Love from the Medco filling center will be coming to speak to the club about his pharmacy experience. This will be the last meeting for winter quarter. We are currently finalizing details for spring quarter meetings, which will be posted within the next week or so. Project Linus

Hi pre-pharmacy club members! Just a reminder that tonight (Thursday, February 11th) we will be getting together to do a service project in which we will be making blankets for Project Linus. We will be meeting in the lobby of Patterson Hall (on the left) at 8 pm.

Tuesday, January 19th Meeting!

Hi pre-pharmacy club members! Hopefully everyone is enjoying the extra day off classes!! Just a reminder that our second meeting of winter quarter will be Tuesday, January 19th at 5:30 pm in Parks 111. Representatives from Kaplan will be coming at the beginning of the meeting to talk about an upcoming opportunity to take a free PCAT test. This is a great chance for any club members planning on taking the test to gain practice with the PCAT material. At this week's meeting we will be having a PharmD student panel present. The panel will include 4 OSU PharmD students who will be there to answer any questions regarding pharmacy school life, admissions, and so on, so try to prepare any questions you might have ahead of time. We will also be discussing upcoming bake sales and club meetings. If you have any questions, feel free to contact one of the officers!

Additionally, we will be planning a few fun events, such as an ice skating night and a trip to an OSU hockey game. We are also planning a service co-event with the Pharmacy House for the second week of February. It will be blanket making for Project Linus.

winter quarter kick-off meeting!

The first pre-pharmacy club meeting of winter quarter will be Wednesday, January 6th at 5:30 pm.
The meeting will be held in Parks 103.

Representatives from ASP-APhA will be speaking at the beginning of the meeting about their organization and ways to get involved with them. Additionally, we'll be having a movie night and detailing activities and meetings planned for winter quarter.
